Besides driving skills and luck, an element that truly helps is the power system you are going to use.  With HOBBYWING’s upcoming XERUN XR10 Pro ESC & V10 G2 motor, HOBBYWING driver Bruno Coelho TQ’d and won the 2016 TITC in the modified class, his teammate Nicolas Lee broke into the top 10 in the same class. Bruno Coelho also TQ’d and won round 2 of the 2016 ETS in Germany with a XERUN XR10 Pro ESC and V10 G2 4.5T motor.  THE XERUN XR10 Pro’s great performance at well-known competition has already made it popular at home and abroad.

Special Design for Top Racing
Reliable hardware combined with intelligent software (containing 10 common select-to-use profiles) creates an ideal power solution to 1/10th, 1/12th scale top touring car, Pan car and buggy racing.

High Power Output
Continuous current of 160A and peak current of up to 950A guarantees a stable and high current output continuously during competitions.

High current/voltage BEC
The built-in switch mode BEC with a maximum output of 4A and voltage adjustable between 6V and 7.4V allows the user to use various high voltage servos.

Adjustable Throttle & Brake PWM Frequencies
Independent and adjustable throttle & brake PWM frequencies guarantee precise and accurate throttle and brake control for all classes of competitions (esp. the Stock class).

Programming/upgrading/data reading wirelessly
With Hobbywing’s WiFi module and iPhone or an Android phone (with the HOBBYWING WiFi Link software installed), the user can program parameters, upgrade firmware and check relevant data during the event.

Efficient Heat Dissipating System
The aluminum casing and reticular heat sink combined with the HOBBYWING patented copper heat-conductive plates which are attached to the MOSFET board allows the internal heat to be quickly transferred to the heat sink for dissipation. With the high-performing detachable cooling fan, a highly reliable heat transfer system for maximum cooling is accomplished.

Advanced and Secure Electronic Switch
The XR10 Pro ESC features an electronic switch with a lifespan of over 50000 on/off cycles, housed in a completely waterproof, dust-proof and shock-resistant design.

Innovative data-logging Function
This ESC features the data-logging function which can record the maximum ESC/motor temperature, RPM and etc. in real time and allows the user to analyze the recorded data via the LCD program box or WiFi module after each use.

Separate Programming/Fan Port
The separate PRG/FAN port on the ESC can power an external fan for maximize cooling performance or connect the ESC to a LCD program box or WiFi module for ESC programming.

RPM Significantly Improved (for Stock Spec)

The G3 Stock Spec motor has its torque and KV rating improved by 4% and 16% respectively, compared with the V10 G2 Stock Spec motor. The high torque & RPM definitely will make this unit a “secrete weapon” for the Stock class racing.

First-rate Linearity

The built-in high precision Hall sensor combined with the high precision and balanced rotor will guarantee remarkable linearity of the motor.

Super Lightweight

The G3 Modified & Stock motors only weigh 161g and 132g respectively; the weights are reduced by about 11% & 21%
when comparing with the V10 G2 motor. With the light weights, drivers can easily adjust the balance of their vehicles.

Asymmetric Bearings

By comparison (with the V10 G2 motor), for improving the load-carrying capacity, the size of the front bearing of the G3 motor is increased by 26% ; while for lower resistance, the size of the rear bearing is reduced by 6%. The asymmetric bearing design will make the motor running more stable and smooth.

Great Heat Dissipation

The special shell design which makes the stator core (/laminations) expose to the air will maximize cooling, the big holes(*) on the front & rear end plates will guarantee outstanding heat dissipation of the motor.  (*Note: the 5.5T~8.5T motors are mainly adopted by off-road vehicles, so the factory default end plates for those motors are the ones with small holes.)

Stepless Adjustable Mechanical Timing

The mechanical timing can be adjusted finely and smoothly; the skid-proof lines
at the rear end of the motor will guarantee stability of the timing after adjustment

Re-buildable Structure

The detachable structure design for regular cleaning & maintenance will effectively prolong the service life of the motor and retain its efficiency.

Two Different End Plates

The end plates with big holes adopted by the 3.5T~5.0T & 10.5T~21.5T motors will guarantee excellent heat dissipation of the motor for on-road applications.  The end plates with small holes used by the 5.5T~8.5T motors will effectively prevent sand or dirt from getting inside and damaging the motor for off-road applications.  Users can purchase and mount the end plates with big or small holes as per actual needs.

High-quality Components

The use of high-performance stator core (/laminations), heat(200?)-resistant pure copper wire, heat(200?)-resistant
rotor with strong structure, international top brand high-precision and high strength bearings, and copper solder tabs with super current endurance will guarantee excellent performance and great durability.
