Narrower chassis specifically designed for different track conditions. The chassis is 86mm wide (3mm narrower than T4’14) for improved traction and steering characteristics. The all-new chassis was designed to accommodate the new motor mount as well as the new ARS™ system – one of the most significant improvements features of the T4’15. The chassis also accommodates a new, more resistant servo holder.
The 2.2mm thick chassis is CNC-machined from premium-grade graphite material, and features pre-drilled holes for optional parts such as: chassis weights, graphite motor guard, graphite adjustable battery holder, and battery strap.
Weight distribution and balance characteristics have been optimized. With increases in LiPo capacity resulting in additional weight and heavier electronics to handle the increased power of modern brushless systems, the chassis was designed to allow the weight to be moved as close as possible to the chassis centerline in order to maintain proper balance.
